CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Please inform host of what your tentative arrival & departure times are.
Confirm with host once guest has completed checking out.
Check in is any time after 3 pm / Check Out is any time before 11am

Occupancy of the premises shall be peaceful. Quiet time is after 11pm

Sea Glass is for paid guests only.
Please register additional guests with the Host.

DAMAGES
The guest accepts the responsibility for any missing items, damages to the property, furnishings, linens, unreasonable housekeeping conditions.
Damages will not include normal wear and use.

SOFT HOT TUB
1-2 person. Shower before using.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the Soft Tub may not always be up & running.
Children MUST be attended by an adult & use tub very gently.

KITCHENETTE
Please leave it the way you found it.
Dishes washed & put away.
Garbage & Recycling put outside in bins provided.

SMOKING
No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside & in the guest Sun-room

CONDITION OF PROPERTY
The failures of operation of amenities
(TVs, Internet, WiFi, Soft Tub) are not a basis for any refund.
Internet can be slow & once in a while unpredictable.

POWER OUTAGES
Power outages occur on our island. In the event of a outgage we provide a mini lantern and a camping stove. Beyond this there is not much we can offer.

PETS
Well behaved pets are welcome at Sea Glass
A pet fee applies per night.
Guests must notify that you are bringing your pet with you.
Pets must be on a leash at all times on property.
Not to be left alone & unattended.
Pets are not be on the furniture.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
